School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – Part-Time | Alameda, CA
We are seeking a Part-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position in Alameda, CA. If you are passionate about helping students improve their physical capabilities in an academic setting, this opportunity is for you.
Position Overview:
Start Date/End Date: Summer
Hours per Week: 20 hours
School Site: 1 school
Caseload: Supporting students with diverse physical disabilities
Job Duties:
Provide physical therapy services to students to improve mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate physical therapy goals into the educational curriculum.
Track and document students' progress and adjust therapy as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have an active California PT license.
Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and disabilities.
