Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic team in South Lyon, MI. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and provide therapy to students with physical impairments to enhance mobility, strength, and functionality in the educational setting.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and services provided.

Provide consultative support to staff and families to ensure accommodations and modifications are met.

Requirements:

Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure: Michigan Physical Therapy License (in good standing).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.

Strong knowledge of IEP processes and educational best practices.
