About the Opportunity
Soliant is seeking a licensed and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive school district in Shelton, Washington for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the chance to work with students across various grade levels, helping them improve mobility, access, and participation in school activities.

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to students with mobility and motor challenges
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans to support student needs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and progress
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
