Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team in Wyandotte, MI. The ideal candidate will work full-time with a caseload of 40 students, focusing on those with severe multiple and cognitive impairment. As a key member of our school-based therapy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical well-being and development of students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other members of the special education team.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Monitor and document student progress.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience or strong interest in working with students with severe multiple and cognitive impairment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40 students.
