School-Based PT Contract - Monmouth, Oregon

Monmouth, Oregon: We're currently setting up interviews for a school-based Physical Therapist contract that has become available in the Monmouth area in Oregon. This is a full-time contract that will have the PT here working 40 hours per week. In order to qualify for this contract, all applicants must have an active PT license in the state of Oregon and previous pediatric experience. School-based experience is preferred.

Caseload:

• Several school sites
• K-12th grade
• Mild to moderate

Job Duties:

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Conduct evaluations as needed
• Track student progress
