ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Hoquiam, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful services to students in need and work alongside a collaborative team of professionals throughout the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview:
The selected therapist will manage a small, targeted caseload of 10–15 students in grades PreK–12, many of whom experience challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and intellectual disabilities. The PT will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing treatment interventions, and actively contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and parents.

Schedule:

  • 2–3 days per week (Part-Time)

  • Opportunity to increase to Full-Time as needed

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed assessments to determine therapy needs

  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to student goals

  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with IDEA standards

  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide consultation to school staff to ensure access and mobility accommodations

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid PT license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one

  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate)

  • Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred; new graduates also encouraged

  • Working knowledge of IEP processes and IDEA compliance

  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
