We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year in Piedmont, California. The PT will support students’ mobility, motor skills, and physical access to educational environments across multiple grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and write comprehensive reports
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy and consultative services
Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams
Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
Support student access and participation in school-based activities
Qualifications:
Valid California Physical Therapist license
Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse student populations
