Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with local school districts, is seeking a licensed School Physical Therapist to support students across the San Francisco, CA area for the 2025/2026 school year. San Francisco offers a vibrant, inclusive educational environment where therapists play a key role in helping students overcome mobility barriers and participate fully in the school day.


Requirements:

  • California state license in Physical Therapy.

  • Strong understanding of IDEA and accommodations under Section 504.

  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

  • Clear background check and fingerprinting as required by the state.


    Job Description / Duties:

  • Evaluate students’ physical and functional abilities in school environments.

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs in alignment with IEP goals.

  • Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff.

  • Collaborate with educators and families to enhance mobility and access to school activities.

  • Monitor and report on student progress toward therapy objectives.
