Position Overview:Location: North St. Paul, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
Caseload: Visiting homes and Daycares in the North St Paul, Area. Ages 0-3
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services based on evidence-based practices
Collaborate with parents and educational staff to foster student success
Keep accurate records and document progress regularly
Promote a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
Prior experience in school-based physical therapy is a plus (new graduates welcome to apply)
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
A strong passion for enhancing student well-being
