We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in Belen, New Mexico. You'll work with our middle school student population for the full school year (2025-2026).

We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Belen, New Mexico, for the 2025-2026 school year. You'll be working with our middle school student population.

About the Role

As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping our middle school students with their movement and participation in school activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating and diagnosing movement challenges in students.

Designing and implementing therapy plans, including exercises and adaptive equipment.

Developing and reviewing IEPs related to physical therapy goals.

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff.

Maintaining accurate records of student progress and services.

Providing encouragement and support during therapy sessions.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a PT who has:

A valid New Mexico Physical Therapy license.

Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy degree preferred).

Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and using adaptive equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
