School-Based Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students with disabilities.

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, coordination, and motor skills.

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals.

Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Ensure compliance with IEPs and state/federal regulations.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

State licensure and certification in Physical Therapy.

Experience in a school setting preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
