School-Based Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Physical Therapist for an on-site, school-based position. This role requires working full-time hours to provide physical therapy services to students with disabilities. The therapist will assess student needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student mobility and motor skill development. Responsibilities include implementing therapy interventions, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with IEPs and regulations. Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, have state licensure, and ideally possess experience in a school setting.
