Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to serve a PreK-12 caseload in Hoquiam, WA for the upcoming new school year (NSY). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a flexible role supporting student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students across PreK-12.
Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
Track and document student progress.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Washington PT license.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience with school-aged populations preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $50–$57/hour.
Weekly pay with direct deposit.
