School Speech Language Pathologist (Alabama License Needed)

Position Overview: As a Remote Speech Language Pathologist, you'll play a pivotal role in providing speech and language therapy services to students via virtual platforms. You'll assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
• Perform virtual assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans per each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and technology
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Alabama state license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in schools
• Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions (tech screening will be administered)
