Job Requirements:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist License  
• PEL License

Job Description:

• 18 Hour Work Week
• 8 AM – 12:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
• Caseload | K – 12^th graders  
• Start Dates | 06/01/2022
• End Dates | 07/07/2022
• Contract Position
• Zoom Interview
