We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a super part-time position in Philadelphia, PA. Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support: Provide targeted physical therapy interventions for 3 students, addressing mild to moderate physical challenges to help them thrive in their school environment.
Individualized Plans: Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s therapy plan. Your insights will be valued as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each session, ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations. Your attention to detail will ensure the highest standard of care for the students.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience: Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in elementary grades, is preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young students. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to student success are essential.
