Tuscan, AZ Area | Physical Therapist (PT) | School | Full Time (4 days a week)

We are seeking a dedicated School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This full-time position involves providing physical therapy services to students in a school setting, working four days a week for the 2024/2025 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs.
• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Direct Services: Provide direct physical therapy services to students.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.

Requirements:

• Education: Master s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Arizona state PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience: Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
