Urgently Hiring School Physical Therapist (W2 + Benefits)
We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide support at elementary and middle school locations (grades K–8), serving 6–7 students. This is a part-time, on-site position (20 hours/week) with flexible hours, provided all 20 hours are completed each week.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct physical therapy services to a caseload of 6–7 students (grades K–8)
Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress tracking
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create and implement individualized education/rehabilitation plans (IEPs)
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
Schedule & Location
Part?time: 20 hours per week, on-site at school
Flexible scheduling—morning, afternoon, or split shift—so long as 20 hours are met weekly
Start date: August 2025

Qualifications
Eligible for or currently hold a Physical Therapy license in [your state]
Prior experience working with school-aged children (K–8) preferred
Knowledgeable in school-based physical therapy, IEP processes, and documentation requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently, manage time flexibly, and maintain a positive, adaptive attitude
