Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – School-Based | Full-Time  2026–2027 School Year

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school district near Berkshire County, Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details

Location: Near Berkshire County, Massachusetts
Caseload: Primarily elementary-aged students, with the possibility of supporting middle and high school students as needed


Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and school participation skills.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families to promote student success.
Maintain accurate service logs, progress notes, and required documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as appropriate.


Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and certification.
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.67 to $66.67. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
