Role: Physical Therapy Services Coordinator
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to coordinate Physical Therapy and Adapted Physical Education services in a specialized school setting. This position blends clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and program development for students with autism and other complex learning needs.
What You’ll Lead
• Coordinate PT and Adapted Physical Education services
• Mentor and support physical therapy staff
• Assist with program development and service planning
• Provide evaluations and direct student services as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
Qualifications
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Pediatric or school-based experience
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with students with autism is a plus
