This contracted, full-time, on-site position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 population, with caseload assignments across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state-issued Physical Therapist license
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to flex between various grade levels as needed
  • School-based PT experience is preferred, but not required
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students as indicated in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals in coordination with school staff and families
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to create a supportive environment for each student
  • Facilitate safe and accessible learning spaces through mobility training and equipment recommendations
