The role entails providing therapy services primarily in an inpatient environment (80%), with some outpatient work (20%) as needed. Clinical responsibilities are split between two clinics located within a one-hour drive of one another.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • Care for approximately 13-15 patients per day
  • Qualifications:

  • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy
  • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and clinical skills
  • Valid flu vaccination (required, no exceptions)
  • Must reside outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility
  • Reliable transportation to commute between clinics as needed
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document all treatments and patient progress clearly and thoroughly
  • Educate patients and their families about the therapy process, exercises, and aftercare
  • Maintain compliance with all facility policies and professional standards
  • Additional Details:

  • Maximum of 3 days of requested time off permitted during each 13-week contract
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract; guaranteed hours do not apply
