Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based Contract Location: Williams, AZ (In-Person) Schedule: 4 hours per day for a 60-day contract
We are looking for an adaptable and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) for a targeted, short-term contract in Williams, AZ! This role is perfect for someone looking for a steady, part-time schedule supporting students in an in-person school environment.
What the Role Looks Like:
The Hours: A predictable part-time schedule of 4 hours per day for a total of 60 days.
The Caseload: Currently sitting at 10 students. The caseload is dynamic and may fluctuate as students move in and out of the district.
The Delivery: 100% in-person therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct physical therapy services to support students' functional mobility and access to their education.
Manage a fluctuating student count with a proactive, flexible approach.
Partner with school staff, teachers, and parents to track progress and implement goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP updates.
What You Need:
Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) License.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP).
Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students thrive.
