Step into an impactful school-based contract opportunity working with K-12 students across multiple sites in a vibrant district. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference during the academic year, supporting children’s growth and development from elementary through high school.

You’ll cover 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday, working 8:30AM-3:15PM, ensuring continuity of care and service across various school settings. Your expertise will help students thrive, while you collaborate with dedicated professionals in a supportive educational environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and valid Physical Therapy license issued by the state of New Jersey
  • Prior experience providing PT services in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with students of all ages (K-12) and adapt interventions as needed
  • Must be able to complete or obtain all state and district-required pre-employment steps, including TB test, a physical, and fingerprint clearances
  • Comfortable with district-wide travel and adapting to different school environments
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in an initial Zoom interview
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct PT services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
  • Assess student needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Travel between multiple school sites as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
