A rewarding opportunity is open for a dedicated Physical Therapist seeking a contract position working onsite with K-12 students. Located near Quincy, MA, this part-time role involves providing high-quality PT support in a school setting. Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet a variety of student needs across grades K-12
  • Commitment to participating in a supportive educational environment
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students onsite
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance students’ functional independence
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy objectives into the school day
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment, progress, and compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Participate in student evaluation teams and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Schedule:

  • Part-time, 3 days per week
  • Hours: 8:00am - 1:00pm
