The assignment runs from August 7, 2026 (with orientation on August 3 and 4), through May 20, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois
  • Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable performing assessments, designing treatment plans, and documenting progress
  • Able to adapt therapy to support a diverse student population
  • What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to students
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Take part in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in orientation, annual reviews, and ongoing check-ins with supervisors
