Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students to determine functional levels and therapeutic needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in school settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress

Provide direct and consultative PT services to students as required by IEPs

Maintain precise records, progress notes, and service logs

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insightful recommendations

Educate staff and family members on best practices for student mobility and physical access
