Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Indiana
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Expertise in assessment and development of individualized therapy plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to student needs
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based therapy services for students with physical challenges
  • Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals alongside multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy (individual and group), consultative services, and support for classroom staff
  • Document interventions, progress, and make recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support students’ inclusion and participation in school activities
  • Maintain compliance with all state and district documentation and reporting requirements
