Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Familiarity with K-12 student needs and IEP process
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Expertise in assessment, intervention, and documentation
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Conduct consultations and collaborate with classroom staff and other specialists
  • Assess students to identify gross motor needs and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Write thorough evaluation and progress reports
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings as a key team member
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all interventions and communications
