Position Overview
Role: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Marion, OH (ZIP: 43302)

Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

Term: Full 2026/2027 School Year

Caseload & Responsibilities
Population: Strictly Middle School student caseload.

Caseload Size: Maximum of 80 kiddos, ensuring a clear, defined cap on your programmatic responsibilities.

Service Delivery: Evaluate student gross motor skills, assess functional mobility within the school environment, and deliver direct physical therapy sessions as outlined in student IEPs.

Collaboration: Partner with middle school educators, intervention specialists, and families to implement necessary classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and safety plans.

Qualifications
Licensure: Active (or pending) Ohio State License as a Physical Therapist.

Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued, but we are open to strong clinicians looking to transition their skills into an educational setting.

Skills: Strong organization and time-management proficiency to handle documentation and direct therapy blocks efficiently.
