Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and special education processes
  • Ability to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy services to students
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapeutic services and interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
