Qualifications & Experience:

Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license (required)

Previous pediatric or school-based PT experience preferred

Comfort working with young children, particularly ages 3-4

Strong communication and adaptability skills

Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary early intervention team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to a small caseload of early learners

Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans consistent with best practices and IEP/IFSP goals

Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families to optimize student progress

Maintain clear records and documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines

Participate in team meetings and contribute to early intervention planning and progress monitoring
