Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
  • Adaptable and collaborative mindset
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and any necessary reports
  • Provide support and professional guidance to school staff regarding student needs
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to support differing student abilities
