What We’re Seeking:

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant license
  • Experience delivering therapy in a school setting, preferably with elementary and middle-school-aged children
  • Strong communication skills when working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet diverse student needs
  • Compassion, creativity, and a team-oriented approach
  • Role Highlights:

  • Provide physical therapy services to K-7th grade students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on student progress and therapist/teacher input
  • Document therapy services and maintain accurate records as required by school guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, Case Managers, and other school personnel to maximize student access to educational programming
