  • Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, or high school level
  • Strong understanding of pediatric therapy principles
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other therapists
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A passion for empowering young learners and adapting interventions as needed
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized therapy interventions for students in accordance with IEPs and under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective programming and carryover of therapy recommendations in academic environments
  • Assist in evaluating student progress and documenting outcomes in compliance with regulatory and district guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and related planning sessions as needed
  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages student growth and participation
  • Adhere to established safety and confidentiality standards at all times
