Desired qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with students, families, and staff

Key responsibilities:

Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists

Work collaboratively with teachers and school teams to help students access their education

Document student progress, treatment sessions, and communicate regularly with supervising therapists

Adapt therapy interventions to meet individual student goals and needs

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights as required
