Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and current state license to practice physical therapy

Proficiency in developing, implementing, and modifying patient treatment plans

Ability to delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients safely and effectively

Strong commitment to professional standards, patient safety, and confidentiality

Dedication to continuous improvement, including completion of all required continuing education

Excellent communication and educational skills when engaging with patients, families, students, and peers

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate assigned patients, utilizing clinical reasoning to craft and revise treatment plans as needed

Deliver therapy services based on physician direction and insurance guidelines

Complete clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation per organizational policies

Design functional programs to support patients’ effective return to daily life

Supervise students and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
