Schedule:

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Rotating shifts as needed for inpatient care

Key Qualifications:

Current, valid Physical Therapist license

Proven experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy settings

Strong assessment and clinical skills in rehabilitating a diverse patient population

Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking abilities

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential

Previous travel or contract experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for hospital patients

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, safety, and discharge planning

Maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and staffing meetings
