Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
  • Average of 5 patient cases per day
  • Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon PT license required upon submission
  • Prior hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) or similar charting platforms
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage an average of 5 patient visits per 8-hour shift
  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality therapy to diverse hospital inpatients and outpatients
  • Utilize the Netsmart electronic medical record for thorough documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, and rehab teams
