  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Previous experience in a hospital or acute care environment preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of current physical therapy principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both patients and the care team
  • Ability to plan and adapt treatment programs to diverse patient populations
  • Commitment to upholding clinical and ethical standards
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients in the hospital setting
  • Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore and improve functional abilities
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy treatments, and document outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team as a co-leader to support patient care goals
  • Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes, home exercises, and ongoing care needs
  • Contribute actively to departmental objectives, ensuring quality and consistency of care
