Pay Rate: $44-$56 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time (35–37.5 Hours per Week)

Days: Monday–Friday

Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year

End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year

Work Setting: Onsite

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join the supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves students in grades K–12 and primarily focuses on providing compensatory physical therapy services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping students improve mobility, functional independence, and participation in the educational environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to students in grades K–12
Deliver primarily compensatory services in accordance with student needs and district requirements
Evaluate student motor skills and functional mobility as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and modify interventions as appropriate

Qualifications:
Active state Physical Therapist license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience providing pediatric or school-based physical therapy services is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and functional development
