Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based physical therapy
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing IEP-driven therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and compassionately
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students in grades K-7
  • Assess, plan, and implement treatment tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support overall student success
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Educate school staff and students on injury prevention, mobility, and adaptive equipment as needed
