Starting September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026, you will be based near Monmouth, OR, with responsibilities that extend to several schools. This contract position is designed for those who are passionate about direct, in-person interaction and are eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current, active Physical Therapy license in Oregon
  • Previous experience supporting students in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload effectively
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across multiple school sites
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Must provide contact information for the three most recent supervisor references for consideration
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across various campuses
  • Assess, plan, and implement specialized therapy programs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and parents to foster the best outcomes
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and regular progress reports
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and consult on adaptive equipment as needed
