In this role, you will work a full-time, on-site schedule (37.5 hours per week) from August 17th through November 4th, providing services primarily to mixed-grade students, with a particular focus on Transition-age individuals (typically 20–22 years old). You’ll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster mobility, independence, and positive school outcomes for students with special needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Illinois Physical Therapist license
  • Demonstrated pediatric physical therapy experience
  • Previous school-based physical therapy experience
  • Ability to create and adapt interventions for a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
