Physical Therapist - School Setting in Richland, WA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students through personalized, impactful physical therapy services. This role centers on providing direct, mostly 1:1 therapy sessions to a diverse group of approximately 24 students across all grade levels. You’ll play a key part in both hands-on therapy and thorough evaluations, ensuring each student receives tailored care and support.

Beyond direct therapy, you’ll engage in essential indirect responsibilities such as contributing to IEP development, program accommodations, and detailed documentation. Collaboration is at the heart of this position, as you’ll work side-by-side with school educators and participate as a valued team member, though primary case management responsibilities typically rest with the teaching staff. Some involvement in Medicaid billing and referral processes is required, offering exposure to the broader aspects of school-based therapy coordination.
