Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated physical therapist supporting K-12 students from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026. This onsite, full-time role offers the chance to cover a maternity leave, working directly with students across multiple sites in a dynamic, itinerant capacity. You’ll make a direct impact on student mobility and educational access as an integral part of school-based therapy teams.

Key Qualifications:

Current, active Physical Therapy license/certification in Oregon

Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric physical therapy settings is highly desirable

Ability to manage services across a diverse K-12 caseload and work onsite only (no remote/VOCO options)

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to adapt to itinerant work environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to meet students’ individual education program (IEP) goals

Travel between assigned school sites to serve students across the district as part of the itinerant schedule

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, student-centered support

Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required

Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school environment
