Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated physical therapist supporting K-12 students from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026. This onsite, full-time role offers the chance to cover a maternity leave, working directly with students across multiple sites in a dynamic, itinerant capacity. You’ll make a direct impact on student mobility and educational access as an integral part of school-based therapy teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Physical Therapy license/certification in Oregon
  • Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric physical therapy settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage services across a diverse K-12 caseload and work onsite only (no remote/VOCO options)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to adapt to itinerant work environments

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to meet students’ individual education program (IEP) goals
  • Travel between assigned school sites to serve students across the district as part of the itinerant schedule
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, student-centered support
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school environment
