Key Qualifications:

Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state

Experience providing therapy in a hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and establish evidence-based therapy goals

Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed

Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitative exercises and strategies for at-home care

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using hospital systems

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to promote positive patient outcomes
