Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current and active Physical Therapy license in South Carolina (required)
  • Previous experience in a school-based physical therapy setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to travel between multiple sites within a district
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and families
  • Comfortable assessing, planning, and executing PT interventions for K-12 students
  • Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently in a busy, multi-site environment
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students at various district locations
  • Assess student motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
  • Maintain accurate progress records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Travel to different school sites as scheduled, providing consistent, high-quality PT care
  • Remain compliant with all state and federal regulations, district policies, and best practices
