Key Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification required
  • Experience in a school setting or pediatric population is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • What You’ll Do:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions and design individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Work onsite to assess, plan, and implement physical therapy goals that support students’ educational access and participation
  • Support students with a variety of physical needs, adapting activities and environments as necessary
  • Liaise with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care and progress monitoring
  • Maintain timely and accurate student records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Partner with a full-time PTA to provide high-quality services and optimize student outcomes
  • Contract Details:

  • 37.5 hours per week with flexible options to work 2-3 days per week part-time if preferred
  • Assignment runs from January 4, 2027, through April 15, 2027
  • Caseload of up to 44 students across two nearby schools
