Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Valid Washington State ESA certification
  • Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric or school-based populations
  • Commitment to working onsite exclusively; virtual options not available
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct PT services for extended school year (ESY) students, Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day
  • Support a caseload of approximately 10-15 students, tailoring interventions to address diverse learning and mobility needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement goals in accordance with each student’s IEP
  • Consult with teachers and staff to facilitate student participation in school routines
  • Maintain thorough records and progress notes to ensure compliance and continuity of care
